Please contact our support desk and include all your order details to prevent any detail in processing your refund. We will then issue an RMA number to authorize the refund.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for a refund if you have ordered any physical products, allowing time for this to be adequately processed. PC Booster is not responsible for any shipping costs, import duties and goods must be returned in good physical condition.
